Do you offer Payment Plans or discounts?
Absolutely!
For any project, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. This acts as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due upon project completion (before launch) or on the project end date, whichever comes first.
Additionally, you’ll receive a 10% discount if you decide to book a Total Business Transformation package (Brand + Web + Email Marketing).
** Need a different payment plan, let me know during our discovery call.
Will I need to be available during The Project?
Yes & no… Youโll need to be around in case I have questions or need your feedback on something really quick, but you aren’t stuck at your computer the entire time.
However, donโt plan a vacation during our time together because you will need to complete review forms and an approval form within 24 hours.
CAN YOU HELP CREATE COURSES/MEMBERSHIPS?
Yes, I can! If you need assistance setting up your courses or memberships, book a call with me, and we can discuss the specifics.
For courses/memberships, I use MemberPress.
For funnels, I use StudioCart.
Both platforms are cost-effective, user-friendly, and designed to grow with your needs.
* If you are looking for a Kajabi (or insert other platform) expert, I am not your girl, but I encourage you to look into the platforms above because you could be saving a TON of $$ plus, everything will be easier to manage and will look a whole heck of a lot better!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
The deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date or service with 7-days prior written notice.
Your deposit is valid for 90 days and must be used within that timeframe. In the event the project fails to occur within 90 days, or you fail to request a new date at least 7 days prior to your start date, the deposit will be forfeited, and the project will be terminated.
If you wish to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original deposit may be applied to a new booking at the current rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate.
What does the detailed process look like?
Each project is totally different (which I love), depending on your goals and what Iโll be focused on during our time together. You’ll get access to a special ‘client portal’ where everything is organized so you will know exactly what you need to work on.
Here is a breakdown of the process:
1. Pre-Work: To start your project, we need to get to the bottom of who you are, what you stand for, and who you stand beside. These workbooks dive deep into your business, your goals, and the design youโre dreaming of and are crucial to the success of your project.
2. Strategy Session: Once the pre-work has been completed, weโll have a 45-minute strategy session to review the workbooks and discuss the plan of action. This call will ensure that weโre on the same page with expectations and will help us to make sure weโre using our time effectively.
3. Design: On your project start date and using everything I have gathered, I will start working on your project. During this time, you will receive feedback forms to submit revisions and final approvals.
4. Launch: The launch process will be different for each project. When it comes to branding, launching refers to handing over all of the files. For websites, it involves migrating the website and going live. For marketing, it involves a number of things such as handing over files, going live, etc.
5. Post-Project Support: Youโll also receive 30 days of email support for any questions or concerns regarding the work we accomplished during your project. I like to make things as easy as possible for my clients, so youโll also have the option to book a walk-through training session as well.
